Rated 1 out of 5 by from Registered to submit review! This stuff is so bad! I wanted to submit a review because many of the other reviews are swayed due to free "beauty blender" products or something. As another reviewer states, I feel like my body is covered in a scummy film!! I also agree that it is not exfoliating at all. My fingers feel dry for the rest of the day. The only thing I like about this product is the smell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Love this deeply moisturizing scrub. Starts out with the scrubbing salt that melts into your skin leaving it soft and exfoliated. Be sure to not touch your hair without washing your hands after scrubbing your body, as it will become greasy. This product has greatly improved my skin in these dry winter months.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Results I use this exclusively as a foot scrub and it gives me the best results out of any scrubs I have ever used on my feet. Leaves your feet feeling very smooth and slick to the touch. There is a lot of product and I have used this product numerous times and there is still a ton of product left in the container. Great value overall. The mineral smell is very refreshing, but definitely a little bit too strong for me personally, so I took off one star for the overall rating.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so scrubby... I was in the market for a new scrub, after being unable to find my favorite - when I went to the store they said this was their 'scrubbiest'. I tried a bit between my fingers, and it did feel scrubby, so I went ahead and took one home. Wow - was I ever disappointed. The salt granules, which do start out as pretty sturdy, almost immediately dissolve, not giving me any time to scrub down my leg! (which I do with the water turned away, so this is without any water, just the scrub and my hands). In addition, as another reviewer mentioned, it does leave an oily residue and does make my shower floor slippery. I also agree that the smell isn't the greatest, although I actually wouldn't care if it worked! I do wish I had just taken a sample to try in my shower before investing, as it's quite pricey. If you think you are very interested, and you tend to like some serious scrubbing action, do get a sample to make sure before spending on it! Given this is their 'scrubbiest', I guess the body shop is not my spot for scrubs!

    Is this a real scrub?

When I make salt scrubs they are basically salt & oil to moisten. I was disappointed when I got my first scrub from The Body Shop only to find it was goo with a wee bit of scrub material thrown in. I'm tempted to buy this, but I'd like to know if it's an actual salt packed scrub that will slough off dead skin in the shower.
    Asked by: BeautyBeat
No, I do not think this is a real scrub. I would use my homemade oil + sea salt mix a million times over this.

Is this product safe for facial use?

    Asked by: renee
I feel as though this product might be too abrasive to be used on the face. I recommend an exfoliator specifically for the face such as the Vitamin E Cream Exfoliator to avoid irritation.
