The Body Shop® difference: Feeling out of sorts? Try releasing tension with a hand and foot massage using our Harmonizing Massage Oil, inspired by traditional Thai massage and the art of reflexology. Thai massage is based on the concept of invisible energy lines coursing through the body, know as “The Sib Sen.” The practioner uses their feet, palms, thumbs, elbows and knees to apply deep pressure along the Sen as the recipient is stretched in yoga-like poses. According to reflexology there are areas in the hand and feet corresponding to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. Putting pressure on the appropriate reflex areas of the hands and feet can stimulate the corresponding reflexes.
