At time of redemption, contents of cart must exceed $10 before you are eligible to receive your reward. Once amount of cart exceeds $10 your reward will be applied towards your total order value. ²

Can I use my LYB card online?
I Am Buying A Card Today:
If you buy a Love Your Body Club Membership online today, it will be linked automatically to your account at thebodyshop.ca. Then, with every qualifying purchase online, you'll receive your 10% discount and accumulate points. You will receive your Love Your Body Club Membership card by mail, and can bring your card into stores to enjoy the program benefits.
I Already Have a Love Your Body Card:
All you need to do is link your card to your online account.
Registered Users:
- If you are already registered at thebodyshop.ca with a username and password, sign in and visit "My Account."
- Look on the right for the box "Love Your Body Club Information". Type in your card number and click "apply account".
Non-Registered Users:
- If you are not registered at thebodyshop.ca, create an account by creating clicking the "sign up" button near the upper right of each page.
- Fill out the registration information which includes an area to enter your Love Your Body card number.
- Once you've added your Love Your Body Club Membership, you won't have to enter your Love Your Body Club Membership card number again.
For retail store visits, simply present your card at checkout.

What are the LYB Card Terms and Conditions?
Terms and Conditions
- Card is non-transferable.
- Card is not a giftable item.
- Card may be used on your first purchase.
- Card must be presented at time of purchase in store or card number must be entered during checkout online.
- Membership entitles you to 10% off all qualifying purchases from The Body Shop and at thebodyshop.ca for one year from day of purchase.
- Qualifying purchases are all purchases other than gift card purchases, purchases of charitable items and purchases of Love Your Body Membership.
- Member must redeem reward at store or website at time of fourth or eighth purchase.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
- You can cancel your Membership at any time by calling Customer Care at 1-800-387-4592. If you cancel within thirty (30) days of buying your card, the $10 card fee will be refunded to you. Card fees are not otherwise refundable.
- Valid at participating stores in Canada or online at thebodyshop.ca.
