Using Your Cart While you're shopping, you can click "Add to Cart" to place items in your shopping cart. You can always see what's in your cart by clicking "Cart" in the upper right corner of most pages. The items you selected will be saved until you're ready to purchase them. If you're logged in to thebodyshop.ca, you'll also see items that you placed in your cart (but didn't buy) from previous logged in shopping sessions. From the shopping cart, click "Check Out" to purchase items in your cart or "Continue Shopping" to browse thebodyshop.ca for more items.

Favorites Replenishing your favorite products is simple. Add items to your Favorites list and thebodyshop.ca will maintain your shopping list for future visits. You can view and edit Favorites in the cart or in My Account.

Payment Types You can pay for purchases on thebodyshop.ca using a major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express or by using online credit. If you are registered with thebodyshop.ca, you can enter several credit cards, and then decide at checkout time which one to use. If you aren't registered, you'll need to enter your credit card information each time you place an order.

Sales Tax thebodyshop.ca will charge sales tax when you shop online. Sales tax will be calculated and added when you place your order.

Using Promotions If you have any promotion codes, you can use them at check out. Look for the Promotion Code boxes above the Check Out button on the Order Options page. Enter a valid promotion code here and you will see the discount reflected on your order total. Note that promotion codes are case sentive.

Changing an Order You can change an order, adjust a quantity, or cancel an order at any time before you click "Place Order" on the final checkout page. After that, if you have a problem with an order, you can return it, either through the mail or at one of The Body Shop locations. View Returns and Exchanges Policy to learn more.

Order History and Order Status To find a history of all the orders that you've placed, or the status of a current order, go to My Account, then click "My Orders" and select the order you want to track. If an order has already been shipped, you can click "Tracking Number" for that order to find out where your order is now and when to expect delivery.
